For organisers
How much does it cost to sell tickets?
We have 2 options:

Option 1: Sell your tickets on the Ticket Pulse website: When your finished with registering, you will receive your own page on our website. Your events and some information about your business will be shown on this page. This option costs €1,00 per ticket.

Option 2: Sell your tickets on your own website. When choosing this option, you will need to download the Ticket Pulse for Woocommerce plugin to start selling tickets. This option is currently only available for businesses who have a Wordpress website and costs €1,00 per order
How does Ticket Pulse help me with marketing?
Struggling with marketing for your events? Say no more! We help you with getting your event out there by showing your events on our website and app. If your event blinks out, we may help by using our social media.
How do I pay Ticket Pulse?
Your invoice will be generated every month based on the amount of tickets you sold. You can easily pay with iDeal, PayPal and Creditcard from the Ticket Pulse Dashboard.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed via Mollie. Supported methods: iDEAL, PayPal, credit card and more. Payouts happen monthly.
Can I sell tickets on my own website?
Yes, using our WooCommerce plugin. Install it on your WordPress site and connect it via API key from your Ticket Pulse dashboard.

With the Ticket Pulse App you can scan your tickets, view and edit details about your event and more. For ticket buyers this app is handy because they can view their tickets and buy tickets for any of your upcoming events.
Where can I download the Ticket Pulse App?
The app is free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Does the scanner app work without an internet connection?
Yes, offline scanning is supported. Data syncs once you have a connection again.
