Is Ticket Pulse free for organisers?

Yes! Ticket Pulse is completely free for organisers. The €1 booking fee per ticket (Shop) or €1 per order (WooCommerce) is paid by the ticket buyer.

Do I need my own website?

No. With the Ticket Pulse Shop you immediately get your own organiser page on our platform. A personal website is optional.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed via Mollie. Supported methods: iDEAL, PayPal, credit card and more. Payouts happen monthly.

Can I sell tickets on my own website?

Yes, using our WooCommerce plugin. Install it on your WordPress site and connect it via API key from your Ticket Pulse dashboard.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. Ticket Pulse has no minimum contract. You can stop selling tickets at any time.
